At Pet Cozy Co we aim to keep shipping simple and clearly explained. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
Shipping Locations
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Delivery Times
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day, which may add one day to the delivery estimate.
Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once an order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
Transit Time: 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days in total.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons outside our control.
Carrier Services
We work with established carriers to deliver within the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.
Paid Shipping: for any destination outside our free shipping zone, the cost is calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery runs late or a parcel goes missing, please contact our customer service team straight away at info@petcozyco.com. We will chase it with the carrier and see the order through.
Tracking Your Order
Once an order ships, a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number is sent. Shipments can be followed on our Order Tracking Page.
